ANTHONY L. JACKSON

Anthony is a charismatic host, actor (ACTRA), model, and talk and game-show enthusiast whose work spans stage and screen.

Blessed with the gift of gab and a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life, Anthony spent his 20s and early 30s travelling and teaching across Asia and Europe. There, he honed his hosting skills in front of the world's toughest audience: teenagers. Anthony often jokes that being voted "Most Entertaining Teacher" is one step closer to his dream of winning a Daytime Emmy Award.

Anthony champions media’s ability to capture and celebrate the human experience while amplifying diverse voices and perspectives. He is driven to create and participate in projects that spark meaningful conversations, inspire laughter, and encourage people to live boldly and authentically.

With a range of television credits, Anthony appears in Christmas Island (Hallmark), We Were Liars (Amazon Prime Video), From (MGM+), Diggstown (CBC), This Hour Has 22 Minutes (CBC), Trailer Park Boys (Netflix), 0-60 Driving Academy (Bell Fibe), Pretty Blind (AMI TV), Normal Scotia (Bell Fibe), and 2Gether 4Ever (Bell Fibe). His commercial portfolio reflects collaborations with well-known brands, including Tourism Nova Scotia, Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation, Atlantic Lottery Corporation, The Restaurant Association of Nova Scotia, Parks Canada, Kent Building Supplies, Halifax Shopping Centre, New Scotland Clothing, and Vertiball.

Anthony is a proud member of the Alliance of Canadian Cinema, Television and Radio Artists (ACTRA), the Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television (ACCT), Screen Nova Scotia, and Women in Film and Television Atlantic (WIFT-AT).

In 2024, Anthony was elected to a two-year term on ACTRA’s Maritimes Branch Council, further demonstrating his commitment to the growth and advocacy of the performing arts community.
